A fantastic morning full of children feeling the fear and doing it anyway!

Team Parks pipped Team Earhart to the post for the trophy this year but we couldn’t be prouder of all of our little competitors. 💪🏻

We had a visit to Shrewsbury Town’s stadium today for our ‘lunchtime footballers’.
Our little ones found out about the importance of nutrition, exercise, hydration and rest ⚽️

So what better way than a beautiful horse ride in our glorious countryside to start our Witness the Fitness week? 🐎

The football season may have finished but at Bowbrook we are just getting started!

11 little superstars running their final mile to complete the Shropshire Junior Half Marathon. 🏃‍♂️

We couldn’t be more proud – the determination, motivation & most importantly, friendship these children showed today was incredible.
