The Bowbrook Community

It is vital that we help to build a thriving community around the school and we want families, residents , friends and neighbours to join us and get involved and feel part of this brand new community.

We believe that only by working collaboratively can we provide the best education for our children and that we have a responsibility to be outward facing building relationships and seeking opportunities for our children.

How can parents help our new school community?

Engagement – Talk to us. Let us know if staff have done a good job; tell us what areas we can improve upon; provide us with useful feedback for surveys; let us help if you have a concern. Find us on the playground each morning and evening, we much prefer to talk to you face to face than pick up emails.

Community events – support our community events; tell us what events you would like to see; join our Parents Event Team meetings to help plan events; volunteer on the day by manning stalls; donating goods; showcasing your talents; socialising; spreading the word on social media – everybody welcome! All our events are about us coming together, enjoying each other’s company and making memories.

Support our curriculum – come and talk to pupils about your career, specialist job, skill or hobby. Or perhaps you have links with a venue that may make a good place for the children to visit. Do you have connections with organisations that our community or children can benefit from?
