Headteacher update

Just two weeks to go until we break up. This is a wonderful time of the year and so exciting for our children. Thankyou to all the people who came to our Christmas Fair – we love our community and we will be looking to arrange many more events next term.

We have been discussing plans for the future and the plan is to grow the school one year group at a time. We believe that this will enable us to build our teaching team gradually, continue the strong relationships that we have built with our families whilst building an exciting and challenging curriculum.

We are making plans for next term and will be looking at real life heroes. We will be inviting members of our community into school to talk about their roles in society.  As well as this we will be having lots of fun and ensuring that we are a ‘school of opportunity’.

I will see plenty of you next week when we welcome you in for our Nativity. This is always a great event and I am sure you are looking forward to us as much as we are.

Christmas Fair

Thank you for everyone who came to our Christmas Fair! It was lovely to see our families.

Exploring time

A huge part of the Early Years Foundation Stage is the physical, social and emotional development of our children. We use the outdoor area as much as we can to enable this.

Clubs

We are having great fun at our After school clubs. This half term we have done Football, Board games, Coding and Dance club.
